Mo was born in Pakistan and migrated to the United States in 1988. Raised by his mother after losing his father at the age of seven, he carries the values and resilience shaped by his Pakistani Muslim father and Irish Catholic mother.

He earned his degree in Human Resources Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he developed a strong foundation in people-centered leadership.

A committed advocate for community involvement, Mo has served on the Foundation Board of Riverland Community College. In recognition of his dedication to supporting technical education, he was honored with an Honorary Doctorate of Education from Riverland Community College.

With over 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, Mo is deeply passionate about both business and people. His career has reinforced the importance of workforce engagement, retention, and meaningful conversations that build respect and trust.

Today, Mo brings this expertise to his work as the owner of Avimoe Workforce Consultants, helping businesses and individuals grow, connect, and succeed.
